The 5-Day Program is designed for barbers and hairstylists who want to strengthen their technical foundation and cutting precision. This intensive training focuses on developing a clear understanding of haircut architecture, structure, and execution so you can deliver clean, consistent results behind the chair.
Over five days, you will learn how to break down hairstyles into structured systems, refine your scissor and clipper control, and develop the confidence required to execute modern cuts with precision.
You will learn how to design hairstyles intentionally by understanding the key elements that shape every haircut: length, weight, texture, and structure. This program focuses purely on technical development and execution, allowing you to build the foundation required to elevate your craft.

Day 2: Blow-Drying & Styling
Day 3: Mid-Length Cutting: Round Graduation + Diagrams
Day 4: Blow-Drying & Styling
Day 5: Short Graduation + Taper + Diagrams

The Gradient Guarantee
Attend every day and do the work. If by the final day you feel the course didn’t deliver what we promised, tell our team before you leave and we’ll credit 100% of your tuition toward any future Gradient course, valid for 12 months from your last day. Tuition only. Travel and accommodation aren’t included.
Cancellations and transfers
Plans change. Tell us 30 days or more before your start date and we’ll either move your seat to any Gradient cohort in the next 12 months, or issue your full tuition as credit toward a future course, valid 12 months. You can also send another barber in your place any time before the course begins.
Inside 30 days, course fees and deposits are non-refundable, because the seat can no longer be filled.
