This exclusive three-day creative program is designed for barbers and hairstylists who want to strengthen their haircutting fundamentals, refine their technique, and approach every haircut with greater clarity, intention, and control.

Throughout three intensive days of hands-on education, you will learn the principles of haircut architecture, precision sectioning, and structured execution. You will discover how to break complex hairstyles into clear, repeatable systems while improving your scissor work, clipper control, finishing techniques, and overall confidence behind the chair.

Students will also have the opportunity to film their haircutting work and learn practical content-editing and social media strategies.

Course Structure

Day 1: Creative Wolf Hairstyle
Explore movement, layering, texture, and weight distribution while creating a modern wolf-inspired haircut.

Day 2: Creative Middle-Part Hairstyle
Learn how to create balance, flow, internal structure, and a strong middle-part silhouette.

Day 3: Short Haircut Execution and Technical Diagrams
Develop a structured short haircut using scissor and clipper techniques while learning how to document the process through technical diagrams.

A complete curriculum outline will be provided during the program.

Content and Social Media Training

In addition to technical haircutting education, students will learn how to:

  • Film professional haircutting content

The Gradient Guarantee

Attend every day and do the work. If by the final day you feel the course didn’t deliver what we promised, tell our team before you leave and we’ll credit 100% of your tuition toward any future Gradient course, valid for 12 months from your last day. Tuition only. Travel and accommodation aren’t included.

Cancellations and transfers

Plans change. Tell us 30 days or more before your start date and we’ll either move your seat to any Gradient cohort in the next 12 months, or issue your full tuition as credit toward a future course, valid 12 months. You can also send another barber in your place any time before the course begins.

Inside 30 days, course fees and deposits are non-refundable, because the seat can no longer be filled.
