Shipping Policy

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

All of our shipments include tracking (effective April 19, 2022).

Delivery Times

  • North America: typically 3–6 business days.
  • International: typically 8–60 days depending on destination (ships from North America).

Free Shipping (North America): orders of $75 USD+ ship free.

Taxes & Import

Canada

Orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable federal and provincial sales taxes based on the destination province.

United States

By placing an order, you acknowledge the sale occurs outside of Canada and you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use. You will be listed as the importer for U.S. Customs and Border Protection purposes and your order will be imported according to applicable customs requirements.

International

We ship to most international countries. Delivery windows vary by destination (see “Delivery Times” above).

Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Costs & Exclusions

Free shipping promotions may apply per the terms on our website/app but do not apply to orders that include any product marked as excluded from free shipping on the product page. If at least one excluded product is in your cart, the entire order will be charged a flat shipping fee (the “on other orders” rate for the selected service and destination).

Free shipping still applies to eligible items when purchased separately from excluded items. GRADIENT reserves the right to change, extend, or end this policy at any time.
