Hair & Business: 8-Day Career Development Training Program
The 8-Day Career Development Program is Gradient Academy’s most comprehensive training experience, combining technical haircutting development with business, branding, and content creation education.
Designed for barbers and hairstylists ready to develop their craft and professional direction, this immersive program helps you refine modern haircut execution, build a structured cutting methodology, and understand how to communicate the value of your work.
At Gradient, we teach you to think like a Hair Architect. Through demonstrations, guided practice, and direct instructor feedback, you’ll explore how length, weight, texture, and shape influence every haircut. You’ll learn to approach your work with greater intention, control, and consistency.
The program begins alongside our 5-Day Precision students at our Montreal academy, then continues with additional creative cutting, personal branding, and business development training. You’ll explore how to present your work, create purposeful content, and build a professional identity that supports your career goals.
